CITYCYCLE RIDE

Our 45 minute full body workout incorporate drills to target your entire body. Low impact, high-intensity interval training on a stationary bike. We ride to the beat of music for a fun experience, sure to please all! Instructors are there to motivate you and allow you to take it at your own pace.

TEAM RIDE

Get together with your work crew/teammates for a healthy experience. Team bonding at its finest! You gather the group and we will take care of the rest! First team ride is discounted and package deals are offered to the group after your ride. Call, e-mail, or visit the studio to get your event set up!

GROUP RIDE

Want to get together in a class full of your friends? Birthday party? Bridal party? You name it we got you! You bring your people and we will take care of the rest. Call or e-mail us and let’s get the party started!

BACK TO BASICS RIDE

Tap back, push, press, hover, isolation…along with everything else incorporated in your 45 minute ride. You wondering if your doing it right? Is your bike setup correct? This class is a 45 minute ride to help you feel confident for your next ride. We’ll go over everything with you and are there to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
